MEC Nonceba Kontsiwe visited Joe Slovo in Gqeberha as a part of the built-up programme towards the Provincial Women’s Day.
At least 60 beneficiaries received gardening implements with seedlings and a mini tractor to be able to produce for their projects. This forms part of the Department’s Ilima lokuLima programme.
