The Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccination drive was successfully held today at Woodlands Dipping Tank, where farmers turned out in large numbers to have their cattle vaccinated.
In addition to the vaccination campaign, cattle were also ear-tagged for identification and traceability, while dipping was conducted to help control external parasites and promote animal health.
The Department remains committed to protecting livestock and supporting farmers through comprehensive animal health interventions. The impressive turnout reflects the shared commitment of farmers and officials to curb the spread of Foot and Mouth Disease and strengthen the resilience of the livestock sector.
