National Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Nokuzola Capa, accompanied by Eastern Cape MEC for Agriculture Nonceba Kontsiwe, visited the Tsolo Agriculture and Rural Development Institute, where they engaged with students on their academic journey and areas requiring further support.
