DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE HOSTS ANNUAL WOMEN EMPOWERMENT SESSION
The Eastern Cape Department of Agriculture is today hosting its Annual Women Empowerment Session, bringing together women managers to engage on issues of leadership, professional growth and the empowerment of women in middle management positions.
Among the key focus areas is the Head of Department’s Eight-Point Principles, which seeks to strengthen institutional performance and promote effective leadership.
The morning programme kicked off with remarks from Acting Head of Department, Mr Mthozami Goqwana, setting the tone for a day of reflection, engagement and renewed commitment to women’s empowerment and leadership development.
